Dispatch times & Shipping?

Most orders take a standard 2-5 business days to dispatch, but larger orders, which can either include larger models or a large volume of smaller models can take up to 10 business days to dispatch. All items are shipped with Australia post & all orders are tracked.

3d printed bits, Quality & Material?

All parts are 3d printed at an 8K resolution at 0.03mm (30microns) Layer height with a UV curable resin. There may be some tiny layer lines visible, but the vast majority of these layer lines will no longer be visible after painting. The resin I use is Siraya Tech Navy Gray ABS Like Resin. Supports from the prints will be removed but there may be sections of prints with support marks that need to be trimmed. I strive that during my print process that any major support markings will be on non-visible parts of the models once assembled.

Working with 3D printed resin?

I always recommend that the UV resin models should be washed in room temp soapy water to remove any leftover residue from the print cleaning process & and micro supports that may still be attached to the model. When Sanding, scraping or filing the models, ensure a face mask is used to avoid inhaling the small resin particles. For assembly super glue & 2 part epoxy is recommended (score the connection points with a hobby knife for best adhesion) & don’t forget to prime your models before painting.
